This is a big family house with 8 private rooms. The living room and the kitchen use by everybody. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 bathroom/floor + one separate toilet on the groundfloor.
The available room is on the 2nd floor. There is 3 rooms in this floor.

It is in heart of Szeged, everything is very close to the building. If you study on Szeged this location is one of the best for you. It is 150 meters from The Main Library of the University. You can reach 5 mins by foot the buildings of the University.
You can find many good restaurants, food shops, bakeries, pubs, bars close to the apartment.
Batthyány street is a quiet street in Szeged downtown.
7 male students live in the building. Everybody is an university students. The morale is well in the building.
