So I am currently living in the old house of my grandmother on the second floor apartment. I have one spaceous room left to rent. The room will be empty except for a couch you will be able to use (that you can also extend for sleep). If nessecary I can leave an armoire for your clothes or storage as well. There is a big kitchen, small bathroom and a big living room also to your availe. In total the apartment has 75m2. You‘ll be able to use my washing mashine and dryer in the basement as well. There is a balcony.
I have a big garden infront of my house that you can use too.

More nature is just a 10-15min walk away. There are a lot of walking trails up the hill and next to the river nearby.

Several grocery stores are nearby (5-10min walk).

Public transport is 5min away (trainstation) and 2min away (busstation).
You‘ll need 20min to get to Freiburg Hbf and 10min to Emmendingen Hbf.
If you have a car we have parking spots available.

I am looking for somebody who is willing to communicate effectively about chores and how to split them fairly and also is not afraid to talk about improvement from both sides.
I am open for different ways of living together:
If we want to spend time together or keep it more functional will be discussed and decided together :)

I would start with a one year living together trial and be open to discuss an extended stay in time.
