Langzeit-Wohngemeinschaft ab März - Long term flat share starting from March

Hi everyone! Hallo Zusammen!

I'm a 24-year-old Italian girl, and I'm moving to Munich in March to start my Ph.D. in Information Technology in collaboration with Infineon Technologies (Neubiberg) with a 3 years contract.
I'm looking for a single room in a shared apartment or a 1 room flat not too far from the company headquarters, preferably close to a U-bahn/S-bahn station. I'm a tidy, quiet, and patient person. I enjoy spending time with my flatmates in a friendly environment but being respectful of each other's privacy is also very important to me. I love cooking, doing yoga, visiting places, and going out (although not so much now because of the Corona).
I lived for 5 years in a co-ed university dorm in Milan and in Shanghai for 6 months, so I'm used to sharing spaces and I enjoy living in a multicultural environment.
I speak Italian, English, a little Spanish and I'm currently learning German.

Ich habe 5 Jahre lang in einem gemischten Studentenwohnheim in Mailand und 6 Monate lang in Shanghai gelebt, also bin ich es gewohnt, Räume zu teilen und ich genieße es, in einer multikulturellen Platz zu leben.
Ich spreche Italienisch, Englisch, ein wenig Spanisch und ich lerne Deutsch.
