We are offering a fully equipped room in our apartment for short or long term rent to a reliable student or professional who is willing to take good care for our home.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, close to the KÄRNTEN THERME SPA and a huge Shopping Center named ATRIO. The city center Villach you can reach by bus or by a 10-15 minutes walk.

The apartment is devided into a big room (24sqm) and a small room which we are currently using for visitors, students and professionals (12 sqm).

The big room is rented to a student couple from Sri Lanka. They are both 29 years old and moved to Villach for their Master studies in 10/24.

The small room will be available from January 2025 onward. An earlier moving in could be possible.

In general we are looking for students or professionals who are interested in a long term accomodation and who are used to a respectful and orderly way of living.

We are heating with wood. As you can see on the pictures the huge stove is covering the kitchen and the big room. For us as a family we love that kind of warmth. It is not comparable with gas or electric heating.
When you are in the kitchen for sure you will enjoy the sound of the fire.

However our home is a simpel one and not luxury at all. If you are a person who can enjoy simplicity and who prefers having it clean and tidy in your home, you might be the right candidate for our home.
