Zwischenmiete in süßer WG, mit Garten!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super, wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag, da sie in einem Wohnviertel liegt und die angrenzende Straße sehr ruhig ist.
Trotzdem kommt man mit dem Fahrrad und dem Bus schnell überall hin und auch zu Fuß braucht man nicht mehr als 20 Minuten.
Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad keine 10 Minuten entfernt, die Stadtmitte vielleicht 5 und zum Lidl kommt man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Die Bushaltestellen Berkaer Bahnhof und Brahmsstraße sind auch beide in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Am Bahnhof ist man in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und in 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
Auch das Kirschbachtal, der Weimarhallenpark und das Schwimmbad sind praktisch um die Ecke.
Im Haus wohnen über uns drei Familien mit Kindern, welche man manchmal im Garten spielen sieht, die aber alle sehr nett sind!

The location of the flat is really great if you like it a bit quieter, as it is in a residential area and the neighbouring street is very quiet.
Nevertheless, you can get everywhere quickly by bike and bus and it doesn't take more than 20 minutes to walk.
The university is less than 10 minutes away by bike, the city centre maybe 5 minutes and you can walk to Lidl in 5 minutes. The bus stops Berkaer Bahnhof and Brahmsstraße are also both a 5-minute walk away. The railway station can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 20 minutes on foot.
The Kirschbachtal, Weimarhallenpark and the swimming pool are also practically round the corner.
Three families with children live in the house above us, which you can sometimes see playing in the garden, but they are all very nice!

Wenn du eine WG suchst, die das komplette Gegenteil einer Zweck-WG ist, dann bist du hier genau an der richtigen Stelle! Das schönste an der WG ist definitv die tollen Mitbewohnis. Die Küche ist unser Wohnzimmer, Co-Working-Space, Teestube und vor allem ein toller Ort um sich festzuquatschen. Trotzdem hast du natürlich genug Raum dich zurückzuziehen. Wir legen generell viel Wert darauf, aufeinander zu achten und Bedürfnisse und Probleme offen zu kommunizieren!
Mit dir wohnen werden:

Luise ist 22 und studiert Medienkultur im 6. Semester. Eigentlich fühlt sie sich draußen am wohlsten und ist am liebsten unterwegs beim Wandern, im Park oder im Schwimmbad. Wenn man Lust hat, ein bisschen im Fernweh zu schwelgen ist man bei ihr richtig. Im Winter findet man sie eher gemütlich drinnen beim Musik machen, einem neuen Bastelprojekt oder einem Spieleabend mit Freund:innen.

Tim ist 21, studiert Architektur im 4. Semester und ist deswegen während des Semesters viel unterwegs. Möchte man ihn treffen, muss man eher im Arbeitsraum, an der M18 oder in einer Bar suchen. Wenn er aber zu Hause ist kocht er leckerste vegane Kreationen oder spielt Gitarre. Sein neustes Hobby ist ein rotes Rennrad, mit dem er wenn er nicht gerade daran herumschraubt Thüringen erkundet.

Paulette ist 24, und studiert Medienkunst im 7. Semester. Wenn sie in der Küche ist, läuft oft ein Hörbuch ein Podcast oder einfach Musik und da ist es nicht verwunderlich das sie auch bei Bauhaus FM im Radio aktiv ist. Außerdem findet man auch sie bei einem spontanen Spieleabend, einem kleinen Bastelprojekt oder einem neuen Buch. Im Winter vor allem eingekuschelt und mit einem Tee oder Weinchen.

Zora ist eigentlich die wichtigste Mitbewohnerin in der WG! Sie ist unsere Adoptivkatze (die Geschichte dazu erzählen wir gerne bei einem Tee) und liebt es wenn alle zu Hause sind und mit ihr kuscheln!

If you're looking for a flat share that's the complete opposite of a functional flat share, then you've come to the right place! The best thing about the flat share is definitely the great flatmates. The kitchen is our living room, co-working space, tea room and, above all, a great place to have a chat. Nevertheless, you still have enough space to withdraw. We generally attach great importance to looking out for each other and communicating needs and problems openly!
Will be living with you:

Luise is 22 and studying Media Culture in her 6th semester. She actually feels most at home outdoors and prefers to be out and about hiking, in the park or at the swimming pool. If you feel like indulging in a little wanderlust, you've come to the right place. In winter, you're more likely to find her cosy indoors making music, working on a new craft project or having a games evening with friends.

Tim is 21, studying architecture in his 4th semester and is therefore travelling a lot during the semester. If you want to meet him, you have to look for him in his study room, at the M18 or in a bar. But when he's at home, he cooks delicious vegan creations or plays the guitar. His latest hobby is a red racing bike, which he uses to explore Thuringia when he's not tinkering with it.

Paulette is 24 and studying Media Art in her 7th semester. When she's in the kitchen, she's often listening to an audio book, a podcast or simply music, so it's not surprising that she's also active on the radio at Bauhaus FM. You can also find her at a spontaneous games evening, doing a small craft project or reading a new book. In winter, you'll find her snuggled up with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

Zora is actually the most important flatmate in the flat share! She is our adopted cat (we like to tell the story over a cup of tea) and loves it when everyone is at home and cuddling with her!
