Hey! We are an amazing WG flat in the 3rd district of Vienna, looking for a new flatmate from September 2022.
The room is very cosy and quiet, with two large windows that allow plenty of light in, that is spread evenly until the tall Altbau ceilings. You can keep all the furniture for a small price.
The apartment is a clean 92 m2 Altbau apartment on the 1st floor with beautiful parquet floor and was renovated a few years ago. We have a large kitchen with all the necessary stuff, even a dishwasher and microwave (oooh luxury). Bathroom and toilet are separate, and a working washing machine is there too :) We also share a small living room that we'd love to design more with you.
What else.. All rooms can be entered separately, and in the 345 EUR all service costs and internet are included.
The apartment is located very centrally in the third district, which means >>
- 6 mins walk to Landstraße/Wien Mitte U3/U4, as well as Stadtpark or Angewandte
- With a tram or bike, you're in a few minutes at Prater/WU
- Also the Donaukanal is close if you like jogging :)
- Hofer, Billa, Bipa are just around the corner and in 6 mins you have the huge Wien Mitte Mall.
- Rochusmarkt is there for really fresh food.
Hey there, we are Anya and Dunia and are both very open and easy-going people. Anya studies and does all sorts of things related to history and archaeology. Dunia studies science and arts, is very creative and does a lot of art projects.
We both enjoy cooking (also sometimes together) and talking about all kinds of things. It still stays very calm in the apartment for most of the time and everyone has their privacy. We keep the whole place clean, cleaning in turns or together. We usually talk English with each other. Overall, it's a very chilled and cosy WG, even though we sometimes make little parties with a couple friends :)
There's storage space in the cellar just in case.
