Our shared flat is located at the end of Embelgasse, about 2 minutes from Wienzeile. All the cool spots, such as the Mahü, Pilgramgasse and Naschmarkt are within walking distance. Various parks (Hundsturm, Einsiedlerplatz, Bruno-Kreisky-Park) are also just a few minutes away from the apartment.

The apartment has excellent public transport connections (U4, U6, S-Bahn, Wbhf, 18er, 6er, 59A, 12A, 57A, 13A), so it feels like you can be anywhere in no time at all!

Spar, Billa, Hofer, post office, kebab shop, pharmacy, bakery, Disco Volante and much more are in the immediate vicinity. So you don't have to starve :)

Unsere WG liegt am Ende der Embelgasse, also etwa 2 Minuten von der Wienzeile entfernt. Die ganzen coolen Spots, wie z.B. Auch diverse Parks (Hundsturm, Einsiedlerplatz, Bruno-Kreisky-Park) sind nur wenigen Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist super an die Öffis angebunden (U4, U6, S-Bahn, Wbhf, 18er, 6er, 59A, 12A, 57A, 13A), somit ist man in kürzester Zeit gefühlt überall!

Spar, Billa, Hofer, Post, Döner, Trafik, Apotheke, Bäcker, Disco Volante, uvm. befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man muss also nicht verhungern :)

I imagine an easy going and harmonious atmosphere in our home where everyone has their space but gets along and meets in the kitchen for a spontaneous dinner or a chitchat in the living room. Since this WG will be in a new set-up, the living rooms currently empty. You have the right to decide and design together our new home. The apartment is really big and is supposed to be a place for comfort without compromise. Preferably you would be a young professional or someone who is at the end of their studies looking for work soon. Ideally you have your party phase behind you but are still interested at living together. This way we have a similar rhythm and get to see each other every once in a while.

To me it is important that the apartment looks cozy and somewhat aesthetically please because to me it is not just a flat but also a home. This also means a certain level of cleanliness for comfort.

Maybe quickly about me: I'm Chrissy (29) and a human rights lawyer. I'm a fitness junkie, therefor you can find me usually after work at the gym or yoga. I'm happy to motivate you, when you would like to join :) On the weekend I enjoy being outside hiking or cycling. I also like visiting galleries or museum to get inspired.

Ich stelle mir eine lockere und harmonische Atmosphäre in unserer Wohnung vor, in der jeder seinen Freiraum hat, sich aber gut versteht und sich in der Küche zu einem spontanen Abendessen oder einem Schwätzchen im Wohnzimmer trifft. Da diese WG in einer neuen Konstellation sein wird, ist das Wohnzimmer derzeit leer. Das heißt Ihr habt die Chance gemeinsam zu entscheiden wie unser neues Zuhause gestaltet wird. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und soll ein Ort für Komfort ohne Kompromisse sein. Vorzugsweise bist du Berufstätige oder jemand, die am Ende ihres Studiums ist und bald abreitet. Idealerweise hast du deine Party-Phase hinter dir, bist aber trotzdem an einem Zusammenleben interessiert. So haben wir einen ähnlichen Rhythmus und sehen uns ab und zu.

Mir ist es wichtig, dass die Wohnung gemütlich aussieht und einigermaßen ästhetisch, denn für mich ist es nicht nur eine Wohnung, sondern auch ein Zuhause. Dazu gehört auch ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit zum Wohlfühlen.

Vielleicht kurz zu mir: Ich bin Chrissy (29) und Menschenrechtlerin. Ich bin ein Fitness-Junkie, daher findet man mich meist nach der Arbeit im Fitnessstudio oder beim Yoga. Vielleicht hast du ja Lust ab und zu mitzumachen? Am Wochenende bin ich gerne draußen beim Wandern oder Radfahren. Ich besuche auch gerne Galerien oder Museen, um mich inspirieren zu lassen.

All flatmates will be in the main rental agreement. For this reason, you should also have enough salary, if not, a guarantee would of course also be an option.

Alle Mitbewohner werden im Hauptmietvertrag stehen. Aus diesem Grund müsstest du auch über genug Gehalt verfügen, wenn nicht würde natürlich auch eine Bürgschaft in Frage kommen.
