Hi I’m looking for a dear flat mate for a 2-person flat share :)
The free room is very spacious and bright, comes unfurnished in a very accessible location in the 9th district. The couch, wardrobe and TV are possible to take over, price and everything will be discussed with current flatmate, the option is there if you don’t have any furniture already!
The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, kettle, Nespresso and etc. The bathroom and toilet are in one where you have spacious cabinets to store your stuff. Sadly the Freezer, toaster, and vacuum cleaner belong to my current flat mate so we’ll have to get it together! If you have already it would be great too! :)
There’s also a small closet in the entrance where you can store your coats and some smaller items. There’s also an old style cellar in the basement with plenty of space for storage!
The station Wäringer Strasse station is 450m away and Nußdorfer Strasse is 500m away, we also have a Straßenbahn station about 200m away.
There’re many supermarkets such as Billa, Hofer and Spar really close by. The Franz-Josefs-Banhof Billa which opens 7days a week (late nights and holidays included) who is nice, responsible and organized. is less than 15min walk away.
I’m Nela (26) and I’m working as an accountant and have a mix of in-site and home office! I’m usually at home and like to cook when I get inspired, I’m also up for having wine and movies if you’re up for it. :)
I’m looking for someone how already has experience living in a shared flat, who is nice, responsible and organized. It would be preferably working girl or doing a mix (study and work) but students are also welcome! I moved recently to Vienna so I’m here for the long term and basically want someone with the same plan :)
We can do FaceTime/Zoom meetings too, message me and tell me a bit about yourself :)
Also, prefer people who are vaccinated and responsible in handling 🦠 issues!
Rent is 428,55€ excluding internet which is 11€/month and gas approx 35€/month, these contracts are held by my current flat mate so a change of name in the contracts will be need to be made.
