Die Wohnung befindet sich am westlichen Stadtrand von Wien im 14. Bezirk in der Linzerstrasse/Ecke Bergmillergasse. (Nichts für jemanden der zentral wohnen möchte, dafür sehr viel grün)

Die öffentliche Anbindung: 5 Gehminuten zur U4, Schnellbahnen und Westbahn Bahnhof Hütteldorf; 2 Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn 49 und diversen Postbussen

In der Straße sind viele Restaurants (Japaner, Pizzeria, Wienerisch).

Gleich um die Ecke befinden sich Supermärkte (Billa Plus, Penny Markt, Spar), Drogeriemärkte und Baumärkte.

Die Paradiesgründe, der Wiener Wald, der Wien Fluss, der Dehnepark bieten Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen, Joggen und Radfahren und einen tollen Ausblick über Wien.

Ebenso in der Nähe ist das Hütteldorfer Bad, der Tennisclub Colony, ein Basketballplatz und ein Fitnesstudio (auch ein FitInn).

Public transport connection: 5 minutes walk to the U4, S-Bahn, and Westbahn station Hütteldorf; 2 minutes walk to tram 49 and various post buses.

There are many restaurants in the street (Japanese, pizzeria, Viennese).

Right around the corner, there are supermarkets (Billa Plus, Penny Markt, Spar), drugstores, and hardware stores.

The Paradiesgründe, the Vienna Woods, the Wien River, the Dehnepark offer opportunities for walking, jogging, and cycling and a great view over Vienna.

Also nearby is the Hütteldorf bath, the Tennis Club Colony, a basketball court, and a fitness studio (including a FitInn).

Ihr würdet selbst einen Mietvertrag unterschreiben. Dafür bräuchtet ihr entweder eine Bürgschaft oder einen Nachweis über ein Einkommen. Die Wohnung ist unbefristet und wenn ein für alle passende/r neue/r Mitbewohner/in gefunden wird, kann auch jederzeit ausgezogen werden.

Kurz zu mir (Julia): Ich bin 24, am Ende meines Studiums (Sozialwissenschaften/Nachhaltigkeit) und arbeite nebenbei in der Landwirtschaft. Ich reise gerne, liebe die Sonne, Sport (Tennis, Basketball, Laufen, Gym,...), Tiere und gute Gespräche. Ich bin oft gern für mich aber sonst auch ein sehr offener, sozialer Mensch, und am Wochenede gehe ich gerne aus. Sonst lebe ich sehr laid-back, höre gern Musik, bin kein Morgenmensch aber dafür gern lange wach. Sauberkeit und gute Kommunikation sind mir sehr wichtig. Ich wünsche mir eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich wohl und zu Hause fühlen kann, ohne sich gegenseitig zu verurteilen.

A bit about me (Julia): I am 24, at the end of my studies (Social Sciences/Sustainability), and work part-time in agriculture. I like to travel, love the sun, sports (tennis, basketball, running, gym, ...), animals, and good conversations. I often enjoy being by myself but otherwise, I'm a very open-minded social person, and I like to go out on the weekends. Otherwise, I live very laid-back, enjoy listening to music, am not a morning person but prefer staying up late. Cleanliness and good communication are very important to me. I wish for an atmosphere where one can feel comfortable and at home without judging each other.
