The room is about 12m2 has two big windows, a double bed (140x200cm) and it will stay with all the furniture needed inside (bed, mattress, pillows, kommode, Bedsheets, under bed storage boxes, carpet, bed-table, curtains, clothes stand, lamp and possibly a table) for just 350€.
The room is very bright even in winter but there are thick curtains that make it completely dark.
Located in the cross of Wichtelgasse and Thaliastrasse, it isvery close to the 10A bus (takes you to beautiful Schönbrunn in 15 min. Or north till Heiligenstadt), tram 46 (takes you to Volkstheater in not more than 20 min.), tram 44, 2 and 9 are also quite close and of course U-Bahn Ottakring U3. With the Tram 46 you are also in 5min in Thaliastrasse U6.
There is a Penny Markt just in front of the flat, a Billa 2 min. away, Hofer, Lidl, DM and a pharmacy very close.
In case you want to get away from the city and enjoy some nature, the apartment is not far away from the Wienerwald and there are some nice parks close by and you can also enjoy some nice Heurigers in the area..
I am 30 years old, from Portugal, lived in Switzerland for 7 year and have been in Vienna for 1 year. I am a very open minded person and uncomplicated person who loves travelling, music and cooking. I love movies and series, documentaries and books.
I am freelance musician (bassoon) and music teacher and speak English, German and Spanish. Don't worry, you will rarely listen to the music, as the whole apartment is renovated and the doors and walls isolate quite nicely. :)
I love this apartment and I’m looking for a likeminded flatmate to share it with. It really feels like home, everything is new and working and it is very cosy.
The flat has a lot of space and is very bright, the living room and the kitchen are separated through a small wall which makes the space look bigger and lets even more light in.
There is a storage room (Abstellraum) which is very useful for storing things and there is also a basement (Keller). If you have a bike, no problem, because there is a Bike room where you can leave it!
Erasmus students welcome!
The "nebenkosten" already include internet and insurance, as well as the water/electricity as usual. Kaution 814€ (two months rent).
There is a dishwashing in the kitchen and every sort of equipment you need.
You can visit the flat every time you want, if you are right now not living in Vienna we can also meet through Skype/Zoom!
