The street is called "Novaragase" and is next to Pratestern station to one of the main train city centre station 5 min (Pratestern- with direct train from the airport in 25 min) and 15-20 min walk to the city center Stephenplatz - Viennas city center also next 2 main green parks (Prater and Augarten) and Danube Canal.

Grocery shop 5 min way (including Sundays until 10 PM)

Also Pratestern has access to the red metro line (U Bahn) that goes directly to the train main station Hauptbahnhof in 15 min.

Overall Vienna there are many green parks, next to Pratestern station there is the biggest one named "Prater park", which also has a theme park ! 15 Min away there is the "Augarten park" which has a historial world war 2 Flak Towers (Air defense system towers and a cute porcelain museum of dishes and coffe/tea cups) as the park used to be a small palace.

The red line goes to north ( such as DonauInsel which is a modern island and has the tallest building with a cool rooftop bar) as well as south (Towards Stephenplatz city centre and Schweden platz which is an area in the Donau Canal city center where people usually hang out for food and drinks) and these stops are 2 and 5 minutes respectively.

Also Schwedenplatz has access to the green line which takes you to the Schönbrunn palace which is one of the most famous palaces in Austria (it has also a museum and beutiful palace garden).

My name is Jorge and Im 31 years old. I am the main tenant and I have been living here over 4 years. The other roommate is Darwin, we are both Venezuelan.

As I am currently working on 2 personal projects, I need to share more the apartment and also , we may move out around next Summer but is still not yet confirmed.

I have lived with many people here, mostly Europeans, men and women from different phases, students and working people. I myself used to work in Finance for a few years, but currently I am working part time in Foodora while I work on my projects, so as you guessed we are a little bit sporty here.

We usually go to work from 11 Am until 3 pm , and then again from 6 pm until 11 pm. And yes usually we cook a bit late, but we are discrete. Darwin travels to Budapest quite often every month.

Darwin and I are quite close and we talk and cook together. I speak Spanish, English and good German. I have lived in 6 different countries so Im quite open. Lately Im quite busy but always down to chat, so if you are very chill, youre more than welcome. We can also watch some tv
