Hello!
I’m going on vacation to another country for a month and a half, so I am happy to offer my small cozy room for rent.
Transportation:
This is a huge perk of this apartment. You only need to cross the road from the house to Line U6 (Währinger Straße - Volksoper), which takes 1 minute or 30 seconds if you're very late :) There are also trams 40, 41 and 42 in one minute. First District can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. There are several parks near the house, a large Hoffer, Spar, and Billa, which is open every day until 10 p.m.
Neighbors:
Most likely, you will live with only one of my roommates, Silvio, since Kati is also going to leave the apartment in the summer. We have a very quiet apartment, we don't do parties. However, we have a very interesting neighborhood community and have our own equipped basement for parties! There you can do anything, if you need space for creativity or if you want to hang out without leaving home.
Apartment:
We have a lot of equipment for a comfortable life. Washing machine, dishwasher, rice cooker, multicooker... You can also use all types of dishes that we have! I'll leave all the drawers and hangers empty, so you can use them too.
My room is 13 square meters. The window overlooks the courtyard, so there are no loud street noises here at all.

The price for a month stay is 250 euros (all inclusive).
