I will be out of the country for a month and a half and I'm looking for someone that would like to take my room in the meantime! The room is cozy, spacey and bright in the mornings. Has a 1.40m bed, two bed sofas, a 4-people dinning table, heater for the cold days, a 27" iMac at disposition, good book selection, and you also can use my bicycle. 4 lovely plants need weekly watering :)
The location is central (3. district), at walking distance from Wien Mitte (train station and direct connection to airport), Prater, Donaukanal, Rochusmarkt and First district. Hofer just across the street. Nearest station is U3 Rochusgasse. Bus stop right outside the door. Great place to take a walk in the park or spend the evening in an old viennese cafe.
In the WG you will accompanied by three girls and a guys, ranging from the ages of 19 to 34, who are workers, students (music, languages) and researchers (informatics). They come from Austria, Germany, Spain and Italy (so most of communication happens in English). We respect each other's space, we respect common spaces and clean them once a week, we have a beer and talk, and we are mostly free to do whatever we want to do. Not everyone smokes but smoking is allowed in the common living room. I am PhD student at TU Wien and I can attest the place is work and study friendly.
