Location and Transport:
- This apartment located in Wiesloch Baiertal and close to Wiesloch Center roundabout 3.5 KM (Wiesloch Ringstraße).
- 3 minutes of walking distance from the Apartment to the bus stoppage.
- 707 Bus drive direct to SAP campus.
- REWE, Apotheke, and Restaurant just walking distance.
- Only 8 KM distance from SAP Walldorf Campus and 7 KM to Wiesloch-Walldorf Station.
- 15 KM distance from Heidelberg Central Station

I am living alone in this apartment. My wife is studying in Trier University near to Saarbrücken. She live in Saarbrücken and she visit me sometime when she get vacation or sometime in the weekend. Therefore, I am renting my guest room.

Household Rules
Common Areas- Everyone is to clean up after themselves or any guests in common areas.
Personal rooms- Should be clean and carpet vacuumed out every two weeks, no food or food wrappers/trash is to be kept in rooms at all.
Bathrooms- Should be cleaned out after each use and when needed.
Kitchen- Should be cleaned after cooking. All dishes and cookware should be cleaned after used and left to dry, then to be put up in the proper area.
Wash Machine- Follow the printed instruction to use of wash machine. Ask the landlord how to use it properly.
Cleaning Supplies- Purchased by the tenant. (Bathroom cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent)
Guests-
No more than 1 guest at a time, unless discussed and accepted by Landlord. Only 1 guest can stay the night and for no longer than 1 day unless discussed and accepted by Landlord. An extra €50 will be added to Rent for a Guest that stays (periods of sleep, showers, eats, uses utilities) with Tenant for more than a week, with permission from Landlord.
Smoking-
Cigarettes or any other type of Smoking Is not permitted at all in the house. If smoking outside, all cigarette butts need to be properly disposed of in a trashcan.
Alcohol Use-
No Alcohol allow openly in the Apartment area, may only be consumed in Tenant's room, and only in a responsible manner.

Drug Use-
Any type of illegal drug is not to be brought around or used in the house. Any violation of this rule and the Authorities will be contacted and the tenant will be evicted.
Food Use-
Due to some circumstances, Pork meat is not allowed in the kitchen or cooking in the kitchen by the tenant.
Please note that it is not against anyone religion or who loves to eat pork.

Music/TV/Party-
Noise should not be loud enough to bother anyone in the house or for the sound to travel out of the room with the door shut. If it does, when asked to turn down the first time should be done immediately and not raised again.
No private party allows even on the weekend at this apartment or tenant room. After 10 pm no noise or loudness will allow at this apartment.
Pets-
No pets are allowed in the house or in the backyard whatsoever.
