2 Zimmer in gemütlicher WG zwischen Fluss und Wald

Unser schönes Fachwerkhäuschen liegt am Anfang von Zell am Main (6km bis zur Stadtmitte, 15-20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad auf einem wunderschönen Radweg direkt am Fluss). Mit dem Bus, der direkt vor der Haustür abfährt, braucht man 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Unsere WG ist Teil von einem Wohnhaus mit zwei Parteien plus Konditorei. Wir wohnen im 1. Obergeschoss auf 2 Etagen mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Mainblick. Fußläufig ist der Wald und das Naturschutzgebiet in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort aus hat man einen wunderschönen Weitblick in das Maintal und auf Würzburg und der Main ist von uns aus direkt ums Eck. In Zell gibt es einen Edeka, eine Apotheke und verschiedene Bäcker, die unweit der Wohnung liegen.

Our beautiful house is located at the beginning of Zell am Main (6km to the city center, 15-20min by bycicle on a beautiful bike way along the river). By bus you need 15min to the main station and the bus stop is right in front of the door. Our shared flat is part of a house with two other parties. We live in the first floor on two floors and a wonderful terrace from where you have a beautiful view to the river. You can walk to the forest in 3 minutes from where you have a view on the whole Main valley and Würzburg and the Main river is around the corner from our flat. There is an Edeka, a pharmacy and different bakeries closeby.

Wir sind eine gemeinschaftliche 4er WG mit Katze (Simu). Von uns 4 bleiben Soa (32) und Jola (23) und Simu in der WG. Soa arbeitet im Moment freiberuflich im erlebnispädagogischen Bereich und gibt einen Yin Yoga Kurs und geht regelmäßig tanzen und klettern Sie reist sehr gerne mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto und liebt die Natur. Sie setzt sich politisch für geflüchtete Menschen ein und ist da an verschiedenen Projekten in Würzburg beteiligt. Jola ist Erzieherin und studiert derzeit elementare Musikpädagogik an der Hochschule für Musik in Würzburg. Als Ausgleich zur Musik geht sie gerne raus in die Natur und macht Capoeira. Wenn Zeit ist besucht sie gerne spannende kulturelle Veranstaltungen in und um Würzburg.

Uns beiden ist ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben in dem wir uns achtsam und ehrlich begegnen sehr wichtig. Wir wünschen uns dafür ein regelmäßiges Zusammenkommen in Form eines Gesprächskreis mit offenem Austausch, wie wir das gestalten, können wir dann gemeinsam schauen. Wir teilen alle unsere Lebensmittel und haben eine gemeinsame WG Kasse in die monatlich eingezahlt wird. Wir legen Wert auf regionale, biologische Nahrung. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir eine offene WG sind mit Vorliebe für lebendiges Zusammenleben, in der Besuch jederzeit willkommen ist. Wir nutzen unser gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer als Gästezimmer und für kleinere Veranstaltungen, wie Contact Jams, Singkreise. Es wäre schön, wenn Du Lust an gemeinschaftlichem Wohnen hast und auch mal was gemeinsam zu machen (kochen, singen, Yoga, Film schauen...wir freuen uns auf deine Ideen) und gleichzeitig ist uns auch der persönliche Rückzug wichtig. We are a communal shared flat for 4 people with Simu (a cute and wild cat). From the 4 of us Soa (32) and Jola (23) are going to stay in the flat. Soa currently works as a freelancer in the field of nature pedagogy with children and gives a weekly Yin Yoga course. She loves dancing and goes to regular conscious dancing events. She also loves climbing and traveling near and far with backpack, bycicle or car and loves being in nature. She is politically active and supports different left projects for refugees in Würzburg. Jola is an educator and currently studies elementary music pedagogy in Würzburg. As a balance to her studies she loves to be in nature and does Capoeira. When she has time she loves going to cultural events in and around Würzburg.

We both like to live communally together in an atmosphere where we are mindful and honest with eachother. For that we also wish for a regular speaking circle in our flat where we open up to each other and exchange. We share all our food and have a common box where everyone puts in 100 Euros a month and from which we buy our food and other things we need. We prefer to buy regional and ecological food. To us it is also important that we are an open flat where guests are always welcome. We use our living room as a guest room and for small events like Contact jams, singing circles. It would be nice if you also like communal living and like to sometimes do something together like cooking together or do maybe Yoga, singing, watching a movie,...your ideas are most welcome here) and at the same time the personal space is important to us. If you feel it could be something for you, we are looking forward to hear from you and your imaginations about living together.
