(Student) Shared flat in Zurich - Male, 23 years old, Starting September at ETH

Hi everyone,

I'm Luca, a 23-year-old Italian student from Pisa. Thanks to the SEMP programme, I will be studying in Zurich next semester, but I am flexible and can move earlier if needed.

I'm a quiet, laid-back and tidy person who loves making new friends. I think I'm pretty uncomplicated as a roommate. I take a lot of consideration for my roommates and it's important to me that everyone feels comfortable and gets along well with each other. In fact, in Pisa, I enjoyed spending time with my flatmates, and we always got along well, both in managing the house and as friends.

In my free time I like to read and do sports. I have done a lot of sports, including tennis and Latin American dancing. At the moment, I enjoy hiking with friends in the mountains outside the city or organising trips to the beach, which is conveniently only a 40-minute bike ride away. I am also dedicating time to studying German to prepare for this experience.

On weekends, I sometimes organize evenings with my friends where food is the star. We either buy ingredients and prepare something delicious together, or when I am lucky, we bring in products from our hometowns and cook with them. Being from Tuscany, I always bring back a few bottles of wine from my region to Pisa, and we enjoy them together while having a nice chat.
