The apartment is a four-room apartment, the other three rooms are occupied.
Room can be viewed online or by visit after appointment.

Rent: € 300 (to be given within first 3 working days of each month)

The stated rent is all-inclusive including gas-floor heating system, water, electricity and internet.

Internet: Internet is inclusive in rent but you have to arrange your own WiFi router.

Layout:
You enter your new flat share on ground floor via the main door of building, the corridor connects all rooms with each other. Outside of kitchen and apartment backside, there is balcony with tables and chairs.

Bathroom & Toilet:
Apartment has two shared toilet/bath. Each toilet/bath is shared with two rooms.
The allocated bathroom for this room has a shower with washbasin.

Kitchen & Dining Place:
A well-designed flat with a kitchen awaits you which is shared among four rooms.
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample storage space in shelf and cabinets, as well as a table with chairs. There is also an integrated kitchenette with an oven. It also includes a microwave and fridge.

Nearby Places:
The bus stop for Bus 226 is a three-minute walk away.
All good shopping facilities ike Edeka, Aldi, DM at 1 KM.
HSKL University is just one minute walking distance.

WG-Life:
Your new flatmates will be students of same campus with age 20-35.

Cleaning:
Cleaning is the tenant's responsibility and shared rooms within the flat must be kept clean by the tenants themselves. Tenants can decide cleaning duties.

Open-minded and friendly resident can be male, female, but must be student of HSKL Zweibrücken Campus.

Documents (upon contract):
1. Identity Card / Passport (front and back)
2. Residence Permit / Visa if you are not an EU citizen
3. Income Proof (it can be one thing from a to c):
a: Block Account in case Non-EU Student
b: Employee contract in case of work/training/internship
c: Parental guarantee if you do not yet have your own income.
4. Admission or Enrollment Letter

The building is managed by a Real Estate Company, and the contract will be signed with them.
