Looking for a room for 8 months approximately (WG or one-room apartments will be accepted.)

Hello, my name is Pei-Yu Hsu, and I am from Taiwan. I will be attending Hochschule Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences as an exchange student for the summer semester next year.
I am currently looking for a place to stay that is within a 20-minute bike ride from the university. The rent duration from 10.02.2025 to 10.09.2025.
My requirements are: A fully equipped kitchen, Furnished, A place to park my bike, riding bike to supermarket within 10 min and the minimal of size of room need have 30 m².

A little about me: I love reading and cooking in my free time. I am an outgoing and sociable person who enjoys spending time with others. I do not smoke, do not have pets, and I am very clean and tidy. I regularly clean my room and respect shared spaces.
