My husband and I are currently looking for a spacious and comfortable apartment in Aachen city center. We are both employed and work in renowned companies, so we have a secure income. A pleasant living environment is very important to us and we attach great importance to a well-kept and long-term living situation.

We are non-smokers, have no pets and are ideally looking for an apartment with good public transport connections and shopping facilities nearby. As we like to cook for ourselves, a well-equipped kitchen would be very important to us. We also prefer a bright apartment with sufficient storage space.
