My flat is a two-room apartment (living room, bedroom) both with access to a narrow balcony.
A hall at the entrance is giving way to the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom through a corridor.
The house is small yet cosy and ideal for one person or a couple.
There is central heating (non-autonomous) on the months when the weather is getting colder, although in the months of September and October that is not necessary.
The house in located in Kato Petralona, a quiet residential area, with a friendly neighbourhood atmosphere, a varied selection of good restaurants and bars in walking distance and shopping and supermarket facilities close by.
The house is situated at 7minute walk from the nearest train station (green line, only 3 stops to city center) and is a 25' walking distance from city center. It's a 3 min walk to the nearest bus and trolley station towards the heart of the city.
At walking distance you will find open air fruit and vegetable markets (Wednesdays and Fridays), the municipal swimming pool, shops, bars and quiet coffee places. Please ask me for more info.
