Helle, geräumige Unterkunft für Dezember / Januar im Baumschulenweg

Hi,

da ich im Dezember viel unterwegs bin, stelle ich meine Wohnung im schönen, ruhigen Stadtteil Baumschulenweg gerne zur Verfügung. :)

Die Wohnung ist recht spartanisch eingerichtet, verfügt aber über alles was man braucht, leider aber keine Waschmaschine.

Man hat im Wohnzimmer den ganzen Tag Licht, die Wohnung ist gut isoliert und bleibt warm und wer raucht, kann dies gerne auf dem Balkon tun.

Bitte beachte, dass die Bilder von kurz nach meinem Einzug sind und ich inzwischen ein paar kleine Pflanzen habe und mehr Bilder an der Wand hängen. Es ist also alles nicht mehr ganz so nackt.... ;)

Die Wohnung ist mit PVC und Sisalteppichen in Flur und Küche, sowie Laminat im Wohnzimmer ausgelegt. Nur im Schlafzimmer liegt ein grauer Teppich (was bei kaltem Wetter aber kein Nachteil ist).

Ich habe einen flotten Internetanschluss und einen neuen, riesigen Smart-TV auf dem Streaming-Dienste wie Netflix und Sky Ticket installiert sind und mit meinem Log-In gerne abgerufen werden.

Im Wohnzimmer steht zudem ein Schreibtisch an dem man prima arbeiten kann, solltest du deinen Laptop mitbringen oder (wie ich oftmals) Homeoffice machen.

Das Haus hat einen kleinen, grünen Hinterhof wo man gut und sicher sein Fahrrad anschliessen kann.

Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr eng (es sind nur 4 Mietparteien im Haus) und der Vermieter wohnt ebenfalls im Haus. Das heißt: bitte keine Parties und ständig Leute mitschleppen, sondern Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen.

Ich suche daher nach einer Mieterin, die ebenso viel Wert auf Ruhe legt und diese genau so zu schätzen weiss wie ich. Da die Wohnung zwar 2 Zimmer hat, das Schlafzimmer aber vom Wohnzimmer abgeht, ist die Wohnung NICHT für eine Wohngemeinschaft geeignet.

Da ich alleine dort lebe und mein Verbrauch entsprechend auch schon lange darauf eingestellt ist, wünsche ich mir daher auch, dass nur eine Person in die Wohnung geht. Selbstverständlich kannst du auch Freundin/Freundin zum Besuch und Übernachtung empfangen, ich möchte aber darum bitten, dass es nicht heisst, dass du alleine reingehst und dann wird eine zweite Person ohne Absprache für die komplette Zeit mitgenommen. In diesem Fall würde ich die Kosten für den Nebenverbrauch verdoppeln.

Mein Vermieter wird zudem darüber informiert, dass eine andere Person im Dezember in der Wohnung ist, sollte es zu irgendwelchen Problemen kommen die es zu lösen gilt, oder falls was kaputt geht.

since I'm traveling the best part of December, I'd like to rent out my apartment in the beautiful, quiet district Baumschulenweg.

The apartment is quite sparsely furnished, but has everything you need (unfortunately i don't own a washing machine, but a laundry is 15 minutes away).

The living room is bright and light-flooded all day, the apartment is well isolated and stays warm and if you smoke you can do so on the balcony, please not indoors.

Please note that the pictures are from shortly after i moved in. I have some plans now and a couple of posters... ;)

The apartment is floored with PVC and sisal carpets in the hallway and kitchen, as well as laminate in the living room. In the bedroom you will find a grey carpet (which is not a disadvantage during this cold weather).

I have a fast internet connection and a new, huge Smart TV on which streaming services like Netflix and Sky Ticket are installed and can be accessed with my log-in.

In the living room is also equipped with a desk where it is cool to work if you should bring your laptop or whatever devices.

The house has a small, green backyard where you can safely lock your bike.

The community in my building is very close and quiet (there are only 4 tenants in the house) and the landlord lives downstairs. This means, in other words: no parties and constantly bringing people along. Please act respondsably and mature.


I'm looking for a (preferably female!) tenant who puts as much emphasis on a peaceful place and appreciates it as much as I do.

Although the apartment has 2 rooms the bedroom goes off the living room, so the apartment is NOT suitable as a shared flat.

Since I live there alone for almost one year my additional costs for heating, water and electricity are adjusted for one person. I therefore wish that only one person moves into the apartment, too. Of course, you can also ask your girlfriend / boyfriend to visit and stay overnight now and then, but if you would bring in a second person for the best part of the renting or even the entire time, i will have to double the additional costs for the month.
