SUBLET while we travel.

We want to sublet our 3 rooms apartment while we travel. We are a couple of journalists looking to experience a different lifestyle in some warmer parts of Europe over the coming months.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes one bedroom with a working desk, a living room with a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a dining space with a long table that can also work as an office space, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining table. It is very spacious and sunny, with friendly neighbors. The apartment is conveniently located near supermarkets and public transportation (S-Bahn and tram).

We are ok with small dogs because we also have a dog and we know how it works.

We have very good memories here and would love to find someone to sublet for 6-9 months or possibly longer, depending on our travels. The rent is €1,515 plus €380 for bills. A full month's deposit is required. Sorry - no Anmeldung.
