1-3 Wochen in gemütlicher Wohnung in Schöneberg

I would like to rent out my cozy, bright flat in the middle of Schöneberg with balcony. It has one living room with balcony and a sleeping room. The kitchen is nice to sit inside as well.

I offer my apartment as a sublet from 1 week (or a few days) up to 3 weeks for you or two people. This model is great for commuters or short-term visits to Berlin. The price shown is for one person for 2 Weeks!! It’ll rise a bit if you stay a bit shorter or if you are two people. Per night it`ll be 60€ for a shorter stay.

The flat has one living room with balcony, one bedroom and a nice kitchen to sit inside. Its a non-smoking flat.

I am looking for someone who will be careful with the apartment and leave it clean and tidy. It is not a vacation apartment, but furnished with many private things, so I want to be discreet and look forward to finding a person who enjoys the apartment and some time in Berlin :)
