Our apartment is offered for sublet from December through April.

The apartment is centrally located just one block from the Frankfurter Tor U-Bahn and tram station, just a 5-minute walk from Boxhagener Platz and three train stops from Volkspark. Anything you could need is within moments, it's a quiet but life-filled block that doesn't have the intense tourist energy of Boxi proper but still has a lot of character and energy. We're just to the south of Bänschstraße, which Friedrichschain dwellers will know as a neighborhood gem that has a very nice selection of restaurants and cafes trafficked by a mature crowd.

The apartment itself is very large, with 4 proper rooms at just around 90 square meters. This would be an ideal space for a couple, or one with a child or two as there's multiple desk spaces to work in. The study doubles as a guest room, with a couch that folds out into a bed. There is a modern dining table, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a well-lit area for entertaining guests. The energy in the apartment is ideal for writing, research, and creative pursuits.
