We are looking for a tenant for our lovely newly renovated 2 Rooms apartment in Schöneweide, from December 4th until February 1st. An extension is ultimately not possible, unfortunately.
The apartment is located on the 3th floor, suitable for a single person or a couple Maximum, and pretty good for remote working/studying, give the area is quiet but very well connected. Pets or Smoking are not allowed.

In less than 5 minutes of walking you may reach Schöneweide S-Bahn train station, directly connecting you in half an hour or less to some of the main stations in Berlin (Berlin Hauptbahnhof, Ostbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, Südkreuz, or even Flughafen Airport). There are also options for Trams and Buses nearby.
At the same distance, there are 2 supermarkets (Kaufland and Edeka) and a Decathlon store. A few other stores can be found at Schöneweide Mall, as well as plenty of restaurants in the surroundings.

The rent will be 1450 € * MONTHLY * (bills already included), thus one payment at entrance corresponding to December and another one shall be paid on beginning of January.
I also ask for a deposit of 1 month (1450€) to cover any casualties during your stay, which will be properly refunded once you leave the place.

The apartment is located on the 3th floor, it is cozy, bright and fully furnished. It has windows on both sides, ensuring brightness the whole day. We are the first tenants after it was renovated.
- In the kitchen will find: Fridge, stove + oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, air fryer, kettle, egg cooker, capsule coffee machine, blender, toaster, and kitchen utensils. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, and a hairdryer is available.
- In the living room, you will find the dining table, a sofa-bed, a TV 50” 4K and a vacuum cleaner. A black-&-white printer and paper is also available in case you need.
- In the bedroom, there is a double bed, a table to study/work with a Gamer chair, a wardrobe, a full-body mirror, and a chest of drawers. An iron and ironing board will be available as well.
- There is internet with stable, fast connection available in the whole flat, we use it everyday for working/gaming without issues.
- There is a small balcony in apartment too, and an inner courtyard to store bikes.The area is also very quiet.
