Sunny and Spacious 2-Room Apartment for Sublet (2 Months) in Friedrichshain

We are subletting our lovely apartment for two months while we visit family abroad. Here are the details:

Rooms: Two big, bright 25 sqm rooms with high ceilings, wooden floors, and a south-facing balcony (shared between the two rooms).
Bedroom: Quiet and perfect for restful sleep.
Bathroom: Comfortable, with a washing machine.
Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped.
Second Room: Can be used as a second bedroom, office, or living room (our current setup).
Important Notes:

The rooms are partially furnished.
The sofa in the photos will not be available, but we can provide a mattress (140x200) if needed. Otherwise, you’re welcome to bring your own bed.
We do not provide bedding or linens.
We’re looking for trustworthy, respectful, and easygoing tenants (maximum two people). Ideal tenants should be calm, clean, and tidy, and enjoy plants (bonus points if you’re willing to care for the plants during your stay!).

Terms and Conditions:

Price: €650 per room per month or €1300 for the full apartment per month (for up to 2 people).
Deposit: €600 per room or €1200 for the full apartment. The deposit will be used to cover any damages, cleaning costs if the apartment is not returned in good condition, or violations of the house rules (e.g., smoking, unauthorized pets, etc.).
House Rules:
Animals are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
The apartment must be returned clean.
Anmeldung (registration) is possible for the 2-month period.
