2 Zimmer Wohnung Neukölln

Hi! I'm Roosmarijn and I'm sub-renting my cozy 2 room appartment since I'll be out of town for some week to go travelling. The flat has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen and is located in the back house (so it's relatively quiet). The flat is furnished and I'll make sure there you'll have space for your clothings and other belongings!

Ideally I am looking for someone who can take care of my plants and who treat the flat with respect and keeps it clean. Sounds a bit like a cliches but I would really appreciate that :) Minimum age 26, who is working full-time and won't be hosting house parties. No smoking in the flat. Anmeldung is not possible.

Rent is 880+120 per month = 1000 per month so in total 1750 euro for the entire period. Caution is 880 euro.
