2 room apartment in Prenzlauerberg - sunny with balcony

We are renting out our sunny apartment as we will not be in Berlin during 19.02. until 15.10. The room with the balcony is available from 1st of February. The other room will be free from 19th of February.
The apartment is very bright with a great view and is located on Prenzlauer Allee in the front building. Attention: Busy street with lots of cars but right in the middle of everything.

Charming old apartment with the typical Berlin flair and a kitchen open to the hallway and a free-standing, cast-iron bathtub, About 67qm with 2 large rooms: living room, bedroom. And a little green balcony
Basic equipment: dishwasher and washingmachine, a double bed and a single bed. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. No elevator.
Everything is included in the total rent: No extra costs.
We would be happy to have a lovely temporary tenant/couple who takes good care of the apartment. No party flat.
