Ich biete vom 15.08.2024 bis zum 15.09.2024 meine gemütliche (die Daten sind flexibel), möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (Bonus: Kein Treppenlaufen :) ). Es gibt eine möblierte Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Charlottenburg, in der Nähe von den U- und S-Bahn-Stationen Mierendorffplatz und Jungfernheide (beide circa 6 Min. zu Fuß entfernt). Es gibt ebenfalls Supermärkte, die jeweils einen maximal 5 minütigen Fußweg entfernt sind.

Die Miete ist inklusive allen Nebenkosten, wie zum Beispiel Wasser, Strom und High-Speed-Internet.

I am offering the opportunity to sublet my cozy furnished 1 bedroom apartment for a month, from the 15th of August to the 15th of Septemeber (the dates are flexible).

The apartment is very bright and it's on the ground floor ( No stairs climbing :) ) with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
It's located in a quiet area in Charlottenburg, 6 min away from Mierendorffplatz & Jungfernheide stations, and the supermarket is also 5 min away.
