I am renting the apartment for a limited time and furnished, as I am leaving Berlin temporarily and will be returning later. The rental contract is max. 5 months (or shorter if you prefer). The rental price per month includes all additional living costs (water/sewage, heating) as well as all other side costs (electricity, gas, internet and furniture surcharge).

The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. Situated in the 3rd floor at a back building this modernized calm and bright 86 m² apartment overlocks either sides, the backyard as well as the undeveloped back. A spacious and sunny balcony invites for relaxing moments.

The apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms (1 x double bed 160cm x 200cm and 2 single beds 90cm x 200cm), a living room (with a extendable couch and a dining table with 4 chairs), kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

The kitchen is very well equipped and includes in addition to the standard appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher and oven also various electrical equipment such as coffee machine, smoothie blender, kettle and toaster. Sufficient crockery and cutlery, as well as pots, pans, bowls, casserole dishes and a good set of knives are also available.

A washing machine in the bathroom is also free to use.

Ich vermiete meine 86 m² große Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete befristet und möbliert, da ich Berlin vorübergehend verlasse und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zurückkehre. Die Mietdauer beträgt höchstens 5 Monate (oder kürzer, falls gewünscht). Im Mietpreis sind alle Wohnnebenkosten (Wasser/Abwasser, Heizung, Müll, etc.) sowie alle weiteren Kosten (Strom, Gas, Internet und Möbelzuschlag) enthalten.

Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Die Wohnung ist ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen (Wohnzimmer und Küche in Richtung Innenhof, sowie beide Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus). Es gibt einen großen Balkon in den Innenhof, der im Sommer zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Möbel in der Wohnung sind leer und können vollständig genutzt werden. Die Einbauküche verfügt über einen geräumigen Kühlschrank, Gaskochfeld, Backofen und einen Geschirrspüler. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Smoothie-Blender / Mixer und einen Kaffeevollautomaten.

Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine.
