70 m2 furnished Flat in Friedrichshain - Including 2 cats from 15.12 to 28.01 - No Anmeldung

We leave Berlin for few months. From the 15.12 to the 28.02, our cats will have to stay in the flat. We will then pick them up and the flat will be without cats from the 01.02 to the 28.04.

From the 15.12 to the 28.01, we will apply a special rate : 1200 euros for the entire periode.
From the 01.02 to the 28.04, the rent will be 1200 euros per month all included

Our flat is at the 4th floor of an early 20 century building. Thank to the lovely public park at our front door, we have greenery and open sky view. There are 2 balconies from where you can feel the pleasant atmosphere of this lively and residential area. They bring a lot of light is the flat, even when the sky is grey. The bedroom is on the courtyard side and very quiet. Just the birds can awake you on the morning. There is an elevator.

The flat includes a living room with a comfy sofa. It leads to a first balcony and to the kitchen. The kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you need. The table can be extended and welcome 6 guests. The bedroom is big and quiet. Bedsize is 160 x 140 cm. New matress. The bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is also newly renovated, small but very convenient.
