I am subletting my spacious 2 room apartment from the 10.08.2024 - 30.08.2024.
It is nicely furnished, very bright with direct sun in the morning, and has most necessary amenities (except for a dishwasher and TV). Due to it being a back house, it is super quiet; even with open windows,you can barely notice the large street right in front of the house.
--- CAT SITTING ---
This sublet comes with a lovely 1,5 year old rescue cat named Walnut - hence the relatively low price.
I am looking for someone trustworthy to take care of her while I am traveling. Cat food, litter, etc. will of course be provided by me beforehand, you will only be responsible for feeding and cleaning the litterbox (and giving her some cuddles every now and then). My cat is very easy going, social, and playful and gets along with pretty much anyone perfectly well.

The apartment is located right next to Volkspark Friedrichshain, with the lively FHain kiez only 10 minutes away by bike or 15 by public transport.
Multiple grocery stores, some cafés and food spots are within short walking distance aswell.
There is direct access to 3 tram lines and multiple busses, with the U5 being less than 10 minutes by foot aswell.
You can reach the Ringbahn with all 3 trams within two stops.
