The flat is 7min cycle from Boxi market or 15 min walk. Close to cute cafes and cool vintage shops, is a good opportunity to enjoy crisp autumn air before cold comes for the winter. It's very close to supermarkets (Edeka) and ubahn stations (U Weberweise).

For the apartment: 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony, very bright, with nice kitchen facilities and a very spacious bathroom. Bedroom gets natural light all day and it has a balcony with chairs and table.
Also perfect for working remotely, we have extra screens and office chairs.
