Large, well-furnished two-bedroom apartment centrally located in Friedrichshain.

One bedroom (in the photos) is available 19.9 - 11.10. The other room is occupied by a 30yo working professional man who is clean, quiet, and respectful.

Our fat, sleepy cat will be staying here while we're gone. We ask that only caring and responsible people who are willing to feed him breakfast and dinner, clean his litter box once a day, and give him a little attention apply. The other flatmate will also be helping out with cat care, so it's not all on you.

Our flat includes two large balconies, extremely fast internet, a large comfortable mattress, a luxurious bath tub, and plenty of plants and cozy furniture. The building is clean, quiet and inhabited mostly by young families. Our landlords live above us, so this absolutely is not a place to party. It's the perfect place to rest afterwards, though :)

The flat is 100 meters from the M10, Denn's and Edeka.

We have a dishwasher, washing machine, and elevator.
