Sunny rooftop apartment at Ostkreuz

Hello!

We’re a small family of 3 from Berlin 👋🏽 We will spend 6 weeks abroad with our baby and decided to share our beautiful home with someone who’d like to experience our beloved neighborhood in Berlin.

Our apartment is on the top floor (there is an elevator) including a rooftop terrace with a barbecue.There’s everything you could wish for and it’s great for working from home and living - it’s completely furnished and ready to be lived in.

Some highlights include:
-180x200 box spring bed incl. brand new goose duvets - it’s perfect for winter.
-Comfy couch with a seat that will expand with the push of a button, so you‘re in a perfect reclined position
-massage seat that you can put on top of the reclining seat
-new LG smart tv incl. IPTV (all sports channels + movies/tv shows from Netflix, Amazon, HBO etc + Sky included) + PlayStation
-Big bathroom with bathtub and shower
-Espresso machine, juicer, all kinds of kitchen appliances
-everything you would need for a baby or toddler: bathtub, bed, toys, stroller etc
-fast internet
-all windows have been renewed a month ago, so it’s super quiet. The windows in the bed room can be fully darkened.
-Optional home office desk with comfy chair (can be removed if you shouldn’t need it - it’s visible on the picture of the living room)
-Very safe apartment, it can only be accessed via a code or the elevator which requires a key

We will fly on the evening of January 1st and land back on February 10th. We would sublet the apartment for a total of 2.700€ for the whole duration. We would also require a deposit of 800€.
