The 2-room apartment is spacious and offers the ideal retreat for a couple or a single person.
*The hallway and the storage room*
You enter the apartment through a long, friendly and bright hallway, which gives plenty of space to enter. Due to the many built-in wardrobes in the hallway and an additional adjoining storage room, this apartment offers a lot of storage space.
*The bedroom and study*
The bedroom (equipped with a spacious double bed and a large wardrobe) is also equipped with an office corner that can be used for working.
*The Living Room*
The living room faces south, so you can enjoy the sun there in the afternoon and evening. In the living room there is a sitting area with sofa and large flat-screen TV as well as a dining area.
*The Kitchen*
The kitchen has a well-equipped fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances (fridge, freezer, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine) and with plenty of crockery and pots. There is also a washing machine for personal use in the apartment.
*The Bathroom*
The bathroom has a window, which is a special feature compared to many apartments in an urban location. Also noteworthy is the equipment with a bathtub. In order to offer enough storage space, the bathroom is equipped with some cupboards.
