Zwischenmiete Altbau F-Hain Ostkreuz / 3 Monate ab Dezember

Wir suchen eine ruhige und vertrauenswürdige Person für unsere Wohnung in dem Zeitraum 1.Dez.2024 bis 28.02.2025
Eine Wohngemeinschaft kommt leider nicht in Frage.
Die Wohnung wurde neu renoviert, wir haben es uns hier richtig gemütlich gemacht und schön eingerichtet.
Es gibt ein hofseitiges Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Arbeitstisch / Esstisch, eine kleine Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, du kannst entweder zum Ostkreuz laufen oder auch zur S+U Frankfurter Allee. Alles in ca. 7 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Edeka ums Eck und in Richtung Ostkreuz gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich und auch keine Haustiere.

We are looking for a calm, tidy and trustworthy person for our flat 18.12.2023 -06.01.2024

Unfortunately, shared accommodation is out of the question.
The apartment has been newly renovated, we have made ourselves really comfortable and the place is nicely furnished.
There is a courtyard-side bedroom with a desk, a living room with a large work table / dining table, a kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with a washing machine and a bath tap.
The transport connection is great, you can either walk to Ostkreuz or to the S+U Frankfurter Allee. Everything can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. Edeka around the corner and in the direction of Ostkreuz there are many restaurants, bars and other shops.
Unfortunately, registration is not possible and no pets either.
