möblierte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo,

ich vermiete meine 70 qm große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in 10318 Berlin (nahe Funkhaus, Sisyphos, Ostbloc) vollständig möbliert. Von Matratze über Töpfe bis Handtücher lasse ich eine gute Grundausstattung in der Wohnung.

Frühster Einzug ist der 11.10.24 und ich vermiete bis zum 30.04.25. Vermutlich ist eine längere Zeitspanne möglich, aber das klärt sich erst Anfang nächsten Jahres.

Sie ist im 1. OG gelegen mit einem kleinen Erker, den ich gerade im Winter sehr mag. Die Tram Haltestellen Stechlinstr oder Blockdammweg sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt und zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Karlshorst sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuss oder 5 Minuten mit dem Rad.
Es gibt zwei große Zimmer und ein kleines, welches ich eher als großen Abstellraum nutze. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.

Bitte keine Raucher und keine Haustiere. Die Wohnung is für eine WG leider nicht wirklich geeignet, da ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist.

900 Euro Miete (inkl. 100 Mbit Telekom Internet) zzgl. Strom und Gas über Green Planet Energy je nach Verbrauch. Für letzteres habe ich bisher ca. 90 Euro gezahlt, aber ich bin auch sehr sparsam und heize nicht viel. Die Kaution beträgt 2000 Euro.

I am renting out my fully furnished 70 sqm (3-room) apartment in 10318 Berlin (close to Funkhaus, Sisyphos, Ostbloc). From the mattress to pots and towels, I am leaving a good basic set of essentials in the apartment.

Earliest start date would be the 11th October 2024 but later is also possible. The flat is available until the 30th April 2025. A longer rental period is most likely possible, but this won't be confirmed until early next year.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a small bay window, which I especially enjoy in winter. The tram stops Stechlinstr or Blockdammweg are just a few minutes away, and it's a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the S-Bahn station Karlshorst. There are two large rooms and a smaller one, which I primarily use as a large storage space. A dishwasher and washing machine are available.

Please no smokers and no pets. The apartment is unfortunately not really suitable for a shared flat (WG) because one of the rooms is a walk-through room.

Rent is 900 euros (including 100 Mbit Telekom Internet) plus electricity and gas from Green Planet Energy based on consumption. For the latter, I've paid around 90 euros, but I'm very frugal and don't heat much. The security deposit is 2000 euros.
