Apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg

The apartment is being sublet for approximately 3.5 weeks. My roommate and I will both be away during this time. So, if you need a bit more time to find a long-term place or are just looking for a short-term stay, this is the perfect opportunity!


The apartment actually has 3 rooms, but I’m using my roommate’s room to store my belongings.
It features a spacious living room and a balcony. The living room is furnished with a couch, TV, desk, and a loft bed. Additionally, there are our plants and our little fish, which will need to be cared for during your stay.

Your room comes with a 1.40 m bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, shelves, and a desk with a monitor.

Die Wohnung wird für ca. 3,5 Wochen untervermietet. Mein Mitbewohner und ich sind in der Zeit beide nicht da. Also falls du noch länger brauchst um eine langfristige Bleibe zu finden, oder ohnehin nur was kurzes suchst, ist das die perfekte Gelegenheit.

Die Wohnung besteht eigentlich aus 3 Zimmern, aber ich nutze das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners um meine Sache zu verstauen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Im Wohnzimmer sind Couch, Fernseher, Schreibtisch und ein Hochbett zu finden. Außerdem unsere Pflanzen und unser Fischi, um die sich in der Zeit gekümmert werden müssen.
Dein Zimmer verfügt über ein 1,40 cm Bett, 1 Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Regale und einem Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm.
