Schöne, helle Wohnung in Kreuzberg 2 Zimmer zur Untermiete

I am subletting my flat (with the owner's permission).

International guests are welcome! You can write me in French, Spanish, Portuguese or German:)

I am looking for a very clean person (or couple), who is willing to water my house plants once a week and empty the letter box every now and then. The flat has a kitchen, a living room and a sleeping room.
(If the flat is dirty at my return, I will deduce an amount from the deposit.)

You can use the electric piano if you take good care of it :)
There a lot of utensiles in the kitchen for cooking, a dishwasher and a robot vacuum cleaner. Also, a working desk if you want to do homeoffice.
The street is very calm, there is a balcony which is sunny in the morning, and two parks are just around the corner, but also some nice restaurants and bars.
The flat is close to Platz der Luftbrücke and Yorckstraße, in Kreuzberg.

The monthly rent is 1000€.
The flat is available: 13th February until end of April.
= You will pay a rent for 2,5 months. (=2.500€ in total)
