Short Term sublet for 3-6 months, possible extension for a few more months after, depending on circumstances. Rent is 1500 month including all bills/ utilities based on normal consumption.

It’s 70 sqm 2 room apartment located on 1st German floor (not ground floor) in a backyard building. The building is located on the Main Street of the Kiez surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants, laundromat etc. Several supermarkets are a few blocks away, Viktoria park less than 10 min on foot.

Bus and metro a few minute walk.

The apartment is partially furnished, some furniture can be placed in storage if you have your own. Please note that set up with furniture thats in photos has been changed and some furbiture is gone, other is in due to current tenant habing their own furniture.

Prefer one person or a couple, sorry it’s not suitable for kids or pets.

Kitchen has gas cooker, washing machine, some basic amenities.

Bathroom has a shower, not bathtub

From furniture there’s sofa, curtains, some shelves, some plants, a built in hanger structure as closet. Currently no bed, but could discuss that I can manage to place a bed there.
