My name is Nanae, 37 years old, working as a HR manager in Munich.

I would like to my furnished 2 room apartment in Kreuzberg from 15. October 2023 or 01. November 2023.

(Important) Before sending request, please check the following requirement:

- Please note that the apartment is suitable for ONE person. Anmeldung is possible.

- I will be back to the apartment once a month and stay there for weekend (2-3 nights). During my stay, we will share the apartment.

The apartment is located in a very popular area Kreuzberg, about 3 mins walk from bus station Line 140 or 104 in Dudenstrasse/Katzbachstrasse (M43) or Monumentenstrasse (104), which connect to trendy area such as Kottbusser Tor and Hermannstrasse. There are also some subway stations close to our apartment : U6 Platz der Luftbrücke and U7 Mehringdamm.

The apartment is on the ground floor (Hinterhaus) and it is very quiet all the day. The apartment has 1 x living room, 1 x bedroom, 1 x kitchen, 1 x bathroom, 1 x toilet.

The S2 Yorkstraße and U6 Platz der Luftbrücke are the closest train (10 min walk) takes you straight to Mitte (Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg Gate, Friedrichstraße) within 10 mins.

There are several bus stations as well - 3mins walk from the apartment (Line 140 or 104 ) in Dudenstrasse/Katzbachstrasse(140) or Monumentenstrasse (104), which connects to trendy area such as Kottbusser Tor and Hermann Platz.

There are a variety of supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, Turkish supermarket, Mediterranean supermarket) around the corner.
