Renting for 6 Month that can be longer. I am subletting the place because I am going to travel.
It is a small and nice flat near the AdmiralBrüke, the Kotti and Schonleinestr. Also very close to Mehringdamm and Bergmannstr. So you can easily go to have fun during the day and at night!
Very close (5m walk) of the U6|U1 HalleschesTor, U7|U6 Mehringdamm. Bus41 (24h) in front of the door (connects Haupbahnhof and Sonnenallee).
Bakery and Groceries in the building (small bakery and 2 small convenience shops). LPG (organic supermarket) on the street 5 minutes walking, and Edeka in the other direction 3 minutes walking).
There are some plants to care :), give some water and care, keep the place clean and enjoy to be in a great place! The neighbors are very kind.
Recycling garbage in the building, in the garden (trough the gate of the building on the side of the flower shop).
