I'm renting out my one-room studio from November 11 till January 16, with a chance to rent again for a longer term starting February 1.

The apartment is 38 m2 with a bathroom, a kitchen and a big room with three windows overlooking a colorful garden and the building's courtyard. The ground floor studio is pretty sunny and very quiet, as it does not face the noisy street life. The room comes with a double bed, two desks / working spaces, a sessel and four plants which hang from the ceiling. There's also a few books, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack to store & hang your things. The bathroom and kitchen come fully equipped.

The house is located between Görlitzer Park and the KreuzKölln canal, the twice-a-week Turkish market a few minutes walking. There's plenty of cafes & bakeries, ice cream places, grocery shops, bars and restaurants around. Supermarkets like Edeka, Kaisers, Bio Company, Eurogida, Aldi & Lidl are all in the area. So are the M29, 171 & 194 bus stops, as well as the U-bahn stations Schlesiches Tor, Görlitzer Bhf, Kottbuser Tor and Hermannplatz.

It will be possible to visit the apartment today, November 9 at 18:00.
