Charming Kreuzberg Altbau apartment on a quiet tree-lined street. Living-room, eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. All amenities, transportation options and lots of restaurants just around the corner.
There is a queen-size bed (160x200) in the bedroom and a sofabed in the guest room/study, which unfolds into a very comfortable 160x200 bed. Both bedrooms face the back. However, I will be storing my boxed belongings in the guest room, so it's best used as a spare room for occasional guests.
The area is funky and culturally diverse. You will find all necessary amenities around the corner: supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, a broad selection of cafés and affordable restaurants. The Schlesisches Tor (U1/U3) U-Bahn station is a 3-minute walk away, and there are several bus options.
With the Oberbaumbrücke and the Spree on one side and the Landwehrkanal on the other, plus Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park, you are in an urban pocket surrounded by water and greenery.
This is my own apartment, which I only rent out during longer trips out of town. Please treat it as you would your own and understand that a very detailed inventory will be conducted when you move in and out and any damages will be deducted from your deposit.
The 1200€/month rent is all-inclusive, but I ask that you have the apartment professionally cleaned at your expense before checking out. The deposit is 2500€. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AMOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE.
Even though this is a 2-bedroom, I prefer to rent to singles or couples. Maximum occupancy is 2 people.
No smoking, no pets, no illegal downloading, and no loud music/parties. This is a very quiet building and the neighbors would like to keep it that way. Thanks a lot!
