We are going away to SE Asia for 3 weeks and are offering our flat for short-term let. The flat consists of massive kitchen/living room area and equally large bedroom. High ceiling, wooden florors, thick walls, balcony overlooking the canal, very comfortable flat we dearly love. A projector for long winter nights.
The flat is facing the canal with sunny balcony in the morning and Gorlitzer park at the end of street.
It is well located - right in Kreuzberg, bordering Neukolln and Friedrichshain, ideal for first time visitors as well as seasoned tourists.
The photos are old and we have brought in couple more flowers and swapped few pieces of furniture.
500 euro safety deposit. The move-in date can be adjusted, the move-out date not. Many thanks!
