Fully furnished and equipped apartment. Very quiet, central with best public transport connection, plenty of space and balcony. Perfect for a couple, small family or singles but NO party people. All utensils, fridge, washing machine etc. can be used of course. Registration is not possible.

Available from 01.12.2024 (Minimum stay 3 nights / Maximum stay 1 month).
Price: between 3 and 14 nights ==> between 60,- and 80,- euro per night. Depends on season
Price for one month ==> 1.150,- euro

The arrival date and the check out date can be also flexible. If you want to stay longer then 14 nights but less then 1 month please send message for individual price.

Always: Between 100,- and 200,- Euro deposit (depends how long you stay)

The rental price is including all utilities (electricity, heating, water, GEZ, internet (WLAN => fast DSL)). You can leave the apartment the way you found it or pay additional 50,00 Euro for final cleaning. The rent and the deposit is payable on arrival / in exchange of the keys (only cash).
