Sublet Available in Märkisches Viertel (Wittenau)

Hello everyone! I am subletting my spacious and very light flooded apartment for 3.5 months from 25th January upto 10th May 2025.

Space: 87 qm² with 3 rooms but one room will be closed that will have my personal belongings. Appartment is on 3rd floor with an elevator.

The appartment is located in Märkisches Viertel on Treuenbrietzner strasse which is 3 bus stops away from S+U Wittenau.

Connections nearby: Wittenau S+U, buses X21, X33, M21, 124 and 222. All major supermarkets are also available within walking distance like Kaufland, Aldi, Rossman, dm, penny, Eurogida, bolu, Indian store etc. There is also a big shopping mall (Märkisches Zentrum) 400 meter away with woolworth, Kik, deichmann, bijou Brigette etc. There are many Halal restaurants nearby.

Two rooms will be available, one is living room with 55” TV, 5 Seater Sofa bed and dinnig table. Second room is with 2 mattress. Bathroom with shower and tub, seperate kitchen and a big Balcony.

Rent is €900 per month including heating, warm water, electricty and internet. Advance will be 1000€. For last 15 days rent will be 500€ (25th April till 10th May).

Preference: 2 Female professionals/students (450€ each) or a small family. It is also possible for 3 female students to rent this appartment, in that case rent will be 350€ each and advance will be 500€ each.

The reason for looking female professional/students or a famliy is that that it is a family appartments and we had a very bad experience with male students in past.
