Monthly rent+utilities are 1400 euros + the deposit of 1400, from you which you will get back in July in a weeks time after you leave, if everything is fine with the flat.

We’re on the 4th floor, but the building has an elevator. Our flat is spacious and has lots of natural light. It is fully furnished and has all the amenities (basically, you just need to bring a suitcase with you).

Alexanderplatz is 10 min away by foot, Netto and Edeka are near, U+S Bahn Jannowitzbrücke and Bus 300 stops are right in front of the building.

The museum island is 10 min away if you're interested in culture and history. And if you are a coffee lover like us, you can take a 15-20 min walk to nearby coffee shops like 19grams and the Barn :)
