100 qm loft with sliding door. we rent it out from september 9th to october 4th only, for 690 € + cleaning. the prices in this ad are only
mandatory, so this place is only available for this period, as a whole.

there´s a separate bedroom and a living room with open kitchen. there´s another bed in the living room, plus a couch. there´s another possibilty to sleep in a cabin over the bathroom for 2 more people. the place is beautifully laid out in an old factory space. it is bright with 7 huge windows and has a small improvised garden/terrace on the rooftop in front of the bedroom window. it has old very high ceilings and even features a fireplace. the bathroom is rather small, but has a shower and everything you need. the space is inhabited by our beautiful cat which you would have to feed and cater. only rented out for 3 weeks in a row. sheets and towels provided by us. kitchen has washing machine, dish washer, gas stove and electric oven and fridge. plus all equipment for making great food. free wifi included.
the neighbourhood is wedding which is the northern part of mitte, there´s a beautiful park around the corner. the buidling is in a really quiet backyard on a busy street - that is 2 walking minutes from the next metro stop - u - s bahn gesundbrunnen : 5 minutes to alexanderplatz - 15 minutes to kreuzberg. ( catfood and litter provided)
